Glims of Lysø is a small project run by one person, so there is no chat, and e-mail reaches us quickest. We usually answer within 5 working days.
Payments and refunds
Tell us the date, the size and amount of the offering, and your receipt number or the e-mail address you gave at checkout. Never send card numbers. When and how refunds are made: Refunds.
When your checkout carried the Link brand, you can also ask Stripe about the payment, using the contact details on your receipt.
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete your data, or to object to how it is used, write to us and include whatever helps us find it: your gift link, the date and amount of your offering, or your receipt. What we store, and why: Privacy.
Report something on the island
The names, customs and dreams on the island are written by the game and by an AI, and checked before anyone sees them. If something slips through anyway, because it is offensive, mentions a real person, contains personal data or uses something that belongs to you (a trademark, say, or a text you wrote), write to us with the subject Takedown and tell us:
- what it says, and where you saw it: in the Chronicle, on a dream card, as a name on the island or elsewhere in the book;
- the island day, if you know it;
- why it should go. If it is about your rights, also who you are and which right it is.
We can hide any text the AI wrote; the book then says that those words were “lost to the wind”. We can also undo the dream it came from. We act on clear reports as quickly as we can, usually within 48 hours.
Security
If you have found a security problem, please write to us with the subject Security. Do not test against the live island in ways that could disturb it or its viewers, and do not access other people’s data. There is no bug bounty, but we will thank you, and we will tell you what we did about it. Our security.txt gives the same address.

Ideas, questions, or the story of what became of your offering: the same address is fine.
